A week away from final edits!

Howdy all! Thank you for continuing with me on this wild journey to get Drownfire published.
My editor has let me know she expects to have the final edits back next week. After I receive them, I expect at least a few weeks of review before I will convert the text into proofs for printing.
I will be figuring out how to send out a backerkit survey to get shipping information and payments completed soon. I'll let you know once those surveys should be in your mailbox.

Proofread is scheduled

How is it February already? It's crazy how quickly time seems to move when you're trying to meet a deadline!
Drownfire editing and the tentative typesetting are completed. Scheduling a proofreader proved more difficult than I expected and isn't likely to be completed until mid-March. That still makes April possible, but I expect the books will not ship until at least the end of the month.
Thank you for being a part of this journey! I'm excited to get this book to you.

This is the year you'll receive your reward!
I'm still working on editing, but I'm over halfway now. Finding time to edit in December proved uniquely challenging, but I don't expect any more delays. I'm still planning to complete the formatting by the end of January, which should mean having the eBooks ready by the end of February.
Once I'm done with edits, I'll begin the fulfillment of the extra rewards.

I've received the edits and will spend the next few weeks reviewing them and implementing changes. Having gone through the first few pages, I'm excited for how much this is going to improve Drownfire!

Editing Is On Track!

I received word from the editors that things are going smoothly! We expect to have this round of editing completed by the end of next week, just in time for me to dive into the changes for Thanksgiving! I'll post another update as soon as the edits are here.
