The proof copies have arrived!
I will take a few days to examine both copies before making adjustments and putting in the order. I'll let you know once the books are on the way.
In other news, stickers and bookmarks have been ordered! They are expected to arrive before the books, so we should be able to ship everything at once.

Thank you so much for your continued patience as I navigate the world of publishing. We're almost there!
I've ordered the first proof copies of the hardback and paperback editions.
So, what happens now?
The first proof copies will be printed and mailed to me, which can take 14 to 28 days. During that time, I will put together the other rewards and send out surveys to set up shipping preferences. Once I receive the proof copies, it will take me about a week to verify everything is in proper order, at which point I will be able to place the bulk orders.
For those of you who want to read the story sooner rather than later, I hope to compile and send the ebook sometime in the next two weeks.
I'll update with pictures once the hard copies arrive!

I'm over halfway through the proof edits! I expect I'll be able to finish them by the end of next week. There have been a couple of significant, manuscript-wide edits I've had to make, and that's taken more time than I'd hoped, but Drownfire will be much better for it.
The next step will be to receive the first proof copy for final inspection, and then I will place the full order.
Thank you for being so patient. I know this is taking longer than I expected. I'm excited to get these books to you!
